No only no, but HELL no. The only prayer they have, and it's slight, is if Monica figures out his red sun radiation and/or kryptonite weakness and that crap isn't common knowledge (is it?).
Superman wins or it ends in a stalemate (if they stay in their non physical energy forms). IMHO they don't have the power output to put him down or even hurt him seriously.

Monica stop a fight between Hercules and Namor by blasting them away from each other. Reed used her output along with hel from Spider-Man and Iron Mans tech to blast a whole in the side of that 150billion ton mountain
Regarding that Secret Wars incident. It was Monica, Tony, AND the Human Torch combining their powers (Spider Man only provided the raw materials Reed needed to rig everything together).
You could have mentioned the Zeus incident, where she let loose and Thor commented that she hurt Zeus as no mortal ever has. But arc was a very low showing for Zeus. So make of it what you will.

Strength wise they could both are close imo specially Hercules. Zzzax's bio said he could incinerated a whole block in minutes and he like feeding off eletrical impulses in human brains.

Monica is underrated here. She can easily replicate red solar radiation to depower him, then just blow him to shreds once his durability is gone.
i'm not even sure what superman could DO to her, since she's usually intangible in her energy states, can go completely invisible, make energy clones, etc.
Wait is Superman unable to be cut? The living laser or Monica could cast beams so thin and powerful that they would penetrate Superman. Monica also has the ability to power leech doesn't she? Superman is a battery. I think they would slaughter him. This team is not the Elites, nor should they have to be.
Team, only because of Monica. She been know to run up and down the energy spectrum until she found the right energy to affect something...so there a chance she will run upon the right wavelength of sunlight to win.
