Odin has been able to put down Thor by face palming him into the ground and has also choked SS niether could do squat. Odin is well beyond high herald in terms of strength without ampping
I'm not sure if h1 has ever actually read a Thor related comic.

To be fair there is nothing to suggest that Odin possess base attributes above average Asgardian physiology.
The thing separating him to other Asgardians is the Odinforce. He may not be seen amping in a comic but it was never stated otherwise. Unlike Thor who is a physical superior Asgardian due to being Gaea’s and Odin’s son. Some kind of mutant for the Asgardians. So for me each time Odin slaps someone it’s the Odinforce inside him working. That doesn’t mean he can’t amp further depending on the situation.
