Thanos has withstood attacks from Galactus, Odin, Omega, Maker, Tyrant, etc... Yes some of them involved shields but that's a part of his power set.

He's easily the most durable.

Thanos got a single cut from battling 25,000 metrics all armed with axes n shit

Being weary off a axe is smart and nothing to do with durability

Bone claw Wolverine is non cannon

Groot did no damage and got knocked by a weakend Thanos in Imperative and swatted like a fly the other time

Why bother with this? Thanos is the only character here (with the possible exception of Prime) that has withstood attacks from insane Cube Beings, Skyfathers, and Cosmics (Galactus and Omega).

everyone in the thread can do that. It's nothing special, especially with fluctuating power levels. Surfer took attacks from cosmics too.
Thanos had shields against Galactus and Omega.
