the SS negates the first 2 and Spidey has better high feats, better stats and the webbing is pretty damn haxxy.

actually, It wasn't just sentry. IIRC X-Man later said that he and sentry had gone on several adventures together and even fought galactus.

LOL, that is hilariously silly. It really is shame how much of a whipping boy writers like making Spider-Man into. Spider-Man (especially in his black suit) could knock the Panther out before he even knew they were fighting. They do the same crap with Captain America, Daredevil and Wolverine.
