Annihilus w. Quantum Bands vs Gladiator

Are cosmic powers and quantum energy weak to bricks?

Let's find out!

Round 1. All out battle.
Round 2. Annihilus gets a Yellow Lantern Ring. Gladiator is backed up by the Imperial Guard.
Round 3. Gladiator and BRB vs the Annihilation Wave. Annihilus has no Quantum Bands and just his Cosmic Control Rod.

But that was Annihilus AFTER he got hit with Galactus' galaxy destroying blast no? The Quantum Bands were drained shielding him and he still barely survived. I'm sure Gladiator would wreck that version of Annihilus too.
