Captain Boomerang also does not too badly against the Flash...

There are many characters who’d do well against another in a comic book that wouldn’t last in a forum fight.

HeMan has the strength to cope, and the Sword of Power would give him further abilities (eg speed), but Majestros just brings too much. Which is why I said for it to be a fight it would have to be stipulations that nerf one character.

He-Man has enough speed to cope in this scenario, and he's stronger than Majestic as well. No nerf would be needed to be placed on Majestic for He-Man to win convincingly. Despite popular belief, He-Man is most certainly a high Herald. I'm basing this on his recent showings against several Injustice characters
