The mind within this Hulk was actually pretty crafty. His all out thunder claps were well above what these guys could take. It also had decent enough range that they’d be hit.
It's possible they could match the Cathexis Ray's effects but it took supergenuis on the level of the entire Intelligencia subverting Stark's satellites to do that.
Why would they even think about that? Banner is a genius, do you think that once he knows who he is up against that he would go for broke out the door? A titanium box isn’t holding this guy.
The way the OP is worded is kind of weird. I'm not sure if this is meant to be an actual battle, or if lawest is *just* asking if the duo has the ability to drain WBH entirely..?
Regardless, I don't think draining alone would be the best option against this iteration of Hulk. Transmuting Hulk's gamma into another form of energy would probably be the better tactic.

Arm’Cheddon or Armageddon, was unable to drain him. If they could drain him it really wouldn’t matter because he had full control over his power source. So sure, perhaps they drain the gamma from him, it doesn’t stop him from accessing the power source.
