Basically this is BA vs QS. Everyone will be a statue to both BA and QS.
QS might not have the strength to bother BA.
If he does then QS can solo. If not the BA solos.

You mean like how Hawkman was a statue to BS and was unable to land any hits whatsoever because of how fast BA was?

Saying stupid things and not knowing they are stupid makes you stupid.
How isn't it an inconsistency to be so fast as to see bullets in almost still motion but not be able to react to something moving magnitudes slower? Unless you are saying Hawkman is that fast?

Later on you are going to say that it's not inconsistent to casually lift a half million to key in one scene but in another struggle to exert a few hundred tons.

How does he solo? He would be frozen at the start of the bell. And I don't see a reliable way for him to put down BA.

If characters move as fast as humans then he can.
If characters move as fast a bullet then he can't. But he can see bullets in slow motion. Vision would be somewhere between a human and a bullet, but closer to a human.

Doesnt matter his speed if BA cant touch him now does it? Stalemate at best for BA and a loss at worst.

Lol. BA wont be seeing everybody as a statue either because he doesnt have the propensity to do so. Thanks for destroying your own argument for me.

Show me feats of the Vision not withstanding lightning while intangible. He's had plenty of beams and so forth pass through him so why not lightning? Your making stuff up at this point.
