Howard the duck VS Spiderman

Who will win this amazing battle?

Howard the duck: Howard has some knowledge of the little known martial art called Quack Fu, and hence is a formidable opponent in hand-to-hand combat.

And, spiderman: He possses superhuman strength in upwards of pressing 10 tons, has a super intelligence, is super humanly fast and has a spider-sense along with web cartridges with a tension strength upwards of 200 pounds per sqaure inch.
Spider-Man is extraordinarily limber and his tendons and connective tissues are twice as elastic as the average human being's, despite their enhanced strength. He has developed a unique fighting style that makes full use of his agility, strength, and equilibrium.

So? Who do you think would win this amazing battle?

Spiderman has a spider sense, is an expert in combat, has super webbing, also can lift 10 tons, he has super endurance up to almost a 25 ton punch, and he dodge a barrage of bullets. He can jump almost a couple hundred feet.
