Luke Skywalker, Darth Vader vs Blade, Deadpool, Jean Grey
Hehe, ok, this may seem odd at first, but hear me out cuz I think this could be an interesting cross-over battle. I see Blade and Deadpool, 2 of, if not THE best Marvel swordsmen having to engage in a lightsaber duel with the father and son Jedi masters. Blade and Deadpool will have Jean Grey on their side in hopes that her telepathic/telekinetic abilities can counter the Jedi force attacks.
Both sides receive 1 month to train. Jean Grey does NOT receive a lightsaber.
Jean Grey telepathy and telekinesis are far above the low level tk and telepathy the force grants it isn't funny. That being said Blade and DP win even with out her help since low level tk and telepathy isn't that much of an edge to begin with even if Jedi could use it in the middle of a battle with out having to stop an concentrate

Hehe, really? I haven't decided yet. I'd imagine some Starwars fanboys would like to counter the statement that Blade and Deadpool could win the lightsaber duel by themselves. I mean, from my own knowledge and from reading previous threads it sounds like Jedi masters are complete badasses. But like I said, I don't know who'd win yet
Jedi are badass but the Jedi's in the movies and the ones in the crazy dream world of Star Wars fanboys are two different beasts. The most impressive feat in Star Wars is something that puts Yoda in Robin agility/speed ball park... I mean all most every street level has multiple instances of moving so fast that there appears to be several of them on the panel.

as are movie versions of most comic characters compared to their original comics...... did you see the Captain America film? and Batman's 127 different martial arts styles in any of the Batman films?..... what about the Hulk???
if you take into account the book, comic and clone wars shows into this then no street level character can take a trained Jedi..... a telepath/telekinetic would be more interesting ....... Jedi have defense against mental assaults and as stated, even in the films, the force flows through everything..... a TK shield wouldn't help ........ then again i've never seen a Jedi fight a non-force weilding telekinetic...... could go either way with Jean but the 2 guys are screwed in a straight up fight
yeah, but if seh didn't they'd be screwed........ with her help it's a longer fight but Blade and Deadpool wouldn't survive...... it would come down to Darth V's Jean probably....... and that could go either way depending on how their similarly different powers interract......
hope we get a better showing of power in Episode 3
I see what you are saying Scoobless but the movie Jedi are the original versions and according to Lucas the only cannon versions.
Movie Version Jedi are bellow Marvel Street Levels, Comic Jedi are ussually below the Average Marvel Street Level as well (even Vader was injured by wild dogs), Clone Wars Cartoon Jedi are well above any Street Level Hero and EU Jedi (Extended Universe... being books and stuff) are also much, much stronger then street level heroes.

yeah......... but those films were made in the seventies and the special affects were poor compared to today....... if they were made with the current tech the power use would have been a lot more impressive
I'm not saying the fight is definite, but I think some underestimating of the force is occurring. I'm kinda inclined towards the Marvel team cuz Jean could definitely help counter the force moves and Blade and Deadpool have their martial arts training to help them too. Do the Jedi have extensive martial arts training?
