I'm assuming you mean the comic book versions, seeing as how using the games would be inappropriate. In the comic books, scorpion was incredibly badass, and pretty much unbeatable. Smoke can't be hurt by physical means as far as i know. Reptile was a b1tch, and a p*ssy so i'm saying he goes down hard. Noob Saibot was pretty badass, and Goro was definitely the most powerful warrior in h2h.
However, if Liu Kang can beat Goro, then Batman should be able to stall him for a while. Scorpion's gonna be busy with Sabretooth, because their fighting skills are mostly on par i'd say, with the minor advantage going to Sabretooth. Scorpion also has that nasty fire breath that might prove to be pretty damn nasty, but i'm sure Sabretooth could shrug it off.
Deathstroke is a bad@ss. He by himself could take out reptile and think of a way to beat smoke. After all, Jax beat smoke (depending on what you understand by beat) so i doubt deathstroke will have too many problems doing it.
As for Beast, he's agile enough to evade Goro and most of the ninjas, but i don't see him inflicting much damage. Again, not very familiar with Noob Saibot, and i doubt him being in the comic books.
