.........let me think Ion could be everywere at all times he was basically parallax but with kyle rayner a being known as oblivion was stealing parallax powers and giving them to rayner thus making him have unbeliavable powers making him a cosmic entity he was so powerful he was godlike so he gave his powers up cause he was losing touch with humanity.
