-Tanaraq rips Morph in half...not many can claim that.
-Shaman sends Tanaraq to this realities "Realm of the Great Beasts", so this realities Tanaraq can deal with him

I'd say it probably comes down to prep

if they ran into one another in a alley, Tanaraq should manhandle him, but if Strange has enough time to look through his books and what have you, He should probably be able to come up with something, at the very least a BFR or containment

Most of his documented win comes on him improvising with a given problem, like the In-betweener, most of Dormammu's schemes, etc having relatively no-prep. Of course, with it he just becomes a monster.
