Hmm. Spiderman destroyed an entire building in a JMS run(look for it in CBR), and the Thing gone head to head with some tough enemiies. Still, I'll say Thor 7/10 or so.
Thor grant them to believe they have a chance, stay on the defense, block most of their hits with ease, then let Benji throw him into a building with a strong punch.
Then he get, speedblitz them with his foot speed, and say, it ends now.He stompkick Spidey in the chest, grab Benji for the head and smack him the ground so hard it cause a tremor and shake the veichles around.
Mismatch.
Thor wins. He's a better fighter than both of them combined, and a lot stronger too.
Spider-Man / Thing don't have the raw power needed to take down Thor. Mind you, even though Thor wins, they can make it difficult for him. After all, Thing can take a few punches from Thor and Spider-Man can distract him as long as he wants.

Written well Thor should win this 10/10.
Even without his Uru hammer.
Peter and Ben simply do not have what it takes, and even without the Hammer Thor is still ...well, Thor.
Mjolnir does give him certain advantages, but even without it Thor still ranks very high in power levels.
Here is a senario Spider-Man use two full cartidges on Thor while Thor is fighting to get out Thing wales on him over and over again. He has fought Hulk took punishment from Gladiator and went toe to toe with Hercules. Also make this the The very angry fighting for his life kicking firelords azz Spider-Man and I wish I could find it but the Thing that also beat the hell out of Umbra Jaagur because he took on Human Torches Nova Blast Reed Richards and took care of She Hulk with ease I believe he even beat IW. http://www.marvunapp.com/Appendix/umbra.htm
You don't seem to understand. The two guys are outta their league.Even with his hands tied to the back, Thor would just kick his foes to death.Do you really think they have a chance?

Nothing, just as long as you know that the underdog will most likely lose (I know that's the definition of one, but some will still say the underdog will win, I hope I made some sense there...).
