Who can defeat A celestial in Battle?

By seeing the feats preformed by the celestials and seen how actually very few beings have a shot at them have made me wonder who can actually kill/defeat/destroy a celestial ? Exitar arishem and so on.

It seems like theres very few beings that can defeat a celestial.
Off the top of my head, Classic Beyonder, Thanos w/IG/HOTU were the only people that can recall that defeated a celestial in cannon books.
U have to be pretty uber to take one of these guys down.

agreed with both, but think outside of comic to all thought a welcome, and remember the chosen don't have to kill a celestial mearly humble him in battle.

yeah, the list of individuals who can throw down with celestials is pretty short. Thor is NOT on that list.

Abstracts (Eternity, Infinity, Death, Galactus) can, everyone else is essentially a NO. even the invisible woman feat is largely PIS- celestials are perfectly capable of taking her out at a distance where the nature of her powers are a moot point.

also: guardians of the galaxy isn't canon. LOL at the beyonder hanging out there.

yes Agree with everything said, and whoever said an amped Thor i hope they were joking or perhaps they meant Thor merged with eternity.

GOTG is very much Canon.

They have they're place in the Official 2006 Marvel Handbook bios.

In fact, that very issue with the Beyonder in Scathan's hand is mentioned in LT's and Protege's Bios.

I must concede,

it was complete PIS though.

Sorry i worded that badly, it was in avengers infinity when The Infinities showed up it wasn't a merger more like he was speaking through eternity asking the Infinities to stop.

Why do you count the 616 variants of Eternity, Infinity, Death etc as > ones not from 616?

616 is generally the proving grounds.
Beings conquer universes and dimension and whatever, then step into the 616, and bite it.
That's the way I take it.
