Which means it is not conclusive, as weak versions are not in this battle. A weak Galactus have been driven away by the likes of Thor, you are essentially making the Phoenix Thor-level.

This isn't true at all.

Rachel was one with the Phoenix Force, completely merged.
(everything the Phoenix Force was, Rachel was also)

That Rachel beat a Starving Galactus.


Also,

Phoenix (WHR or not) has never disconnected a Reality from the Multiverse.

Phoenix did however, disconnect a Timeline (Future of reality 15104)
from a Universe. (Reality 15104)

WPOTC is the only version of Phoenix which I believe could beat Galactus.

But in an 'in general' scenario -- Galactus should win every time, imo.
