id probably go with hunger. abraxas needed help to destory the universe (nullifier), hunger was just going to eat the whole thing, galactus included. nemesis im not sure about, we didnt see enough of hunger to really know what its capable of, other than it can eat entire realitys. it could simply absorb any energy directed at it, or it might be no match for something like nemesis. anything that can use galactus as a pawn gets my vote though.
Is Nemisis canon , however? She seems to embody the retconned IG idea, where the IG is only universal and only an aspect of Eternity, while classic IG is multiversal in nature.
Either way, it seems she'd be the winner here, considering she'd be equal or greater to Thanos when he had the IG.
And also, Mr. Master had proven that IG has the power to control the energies of the Ultamate Nullifier, so Abraxis is out.

i still think abraxas would win he can collapse a reality just by approaching it.
the hunger has to fully manifest its self in a reality before it can consume the dimension.
