H2H only? I'm siding with Skull here. Legolas doesn't have much in h2h feats. Then again, neither did Skull. Legolas only fought Bolg in h2h IIRC and Skull only fought Cap.
But since I consider Cap >> Bolg then I'd have to say Skull >> Legolas.
This. Hand to hand wont go well for Legolas. Didn't he always use an arrow in h2h to stab people too? Without at least that, I don't see him doing damage to a dude who was beating the hell out of cap, and could put dents in steel walls with punches
Using that argument, Thor is a far better fighter than either Baleman or Cap.

He beat Bolg with a fair bit to spare, danced around him, showed comparable strength and was throwing him around. Bolg landed one or two clean blows and Lego got up straight away iirc.
Legolas didn't dance around him he eventually prevailed. To act like he ran over him like a noob is a complete fabrication. Sure we get he's better but tot he degree in which you are suggesting is misrepresentation.
N***a please, Bolg only lasted as long as he did because the environment was being destroyed around them keeping Legolas off balance, as well as him trying to keep Thorin alive. Even then he still vastly outmanoeuvred, outfought and showed far superior skill to his opponent.
Skull had a little scrap with Cap and at best showed probably slightly superior strength to Legolas, but pretty much every other stat goes against him.
Bolg fought him in the second film as well. Excuses. If he danced around him to the degree in which you exaggerated he'd have been dead in seconds. Cap would 10/10 Bolg and Legolas at the same time, sport.
Lol 2nd film where Bolg had help, environmental distractions wouldn't be an issue in a forum fight. Yes Cap should beat Bolg with his shield but Cap > Red Skull so that's a moot point.
