Never let anyone else define you. Don't be a jerk just to be a jerk, but if you are expressing your true inner feelings and beliefs, or at least trying to express that inner child, and everyone gets pissed off about it, never NEVER apologize for it. Let them think what they want, let them define you in their narrow little minds while they suppress every last piece of them just to keep a friend that never liked them for themselves in the first place.
Yeah, for sure. I'm not saying its a definite win for the Defenders, but I think Strange and Surfer tips the scales. Nobody on the JLA is going to take the Hulk down easily or at all and Namor along with Brunnhilde can hang. Nighthawk gets thrown at somebody right from the start and dies a gruesome death.

Not an easy fight but i'd call it 6/10 Marvel, which is a majority.
Depends on which version of the characters we're using. Hal for example just defeated Parallax not too long ago. He had a big amp lately. DCnU Superman is just as strong as Hulk and could probably take him. MM has been pretty beastly lately, especially in the TP department, and DCnU WW is probably more formidable than Pre-Flashpoint. DCnU League is pretty beastly. I don't see the Defenders taking them down

Magik- attack via time travel, hell lord magic, demon armies ( power mimicry or possesion) attack from her realm, own anyone in Limbo, can bfr since Limbo is connected to the whole ominiverse, can bfr outside creation
Surfer speed and versatility (no explanation needed)
Shaman X-man TP TK dimension dump
Monica energy form, speed can possibly absorb gl energy
Jugg, really don't need him..but useful as a meat shield and you can't bfr him with his other teammates.
