-All crew members, excepting the operator, are proficient in moving into and out of the Matrix, including by themselves, if the need arises, and are able to effectively communicate their needs to aforementioned operator quickly and concisely

I need at least one mechanic, although i would rather two, but i can get someone from Zion for that if need be... I can also always use another programmer, at least another warrior, and a general-needs person (ie food, communications, etc.).
