Stalemate, but if it was a fight to the death Colossus would win.
In a comic Peter would win, because he would outsmart Colossus, but plot devices aren't allowed here. Which is different than PIS.

Well, I'm gonna go ahead and -perhaps-biased-ly assume that Colossus' endurance is better. So, he should EVENTUALLY win this.

In the forum, of course he will. In a comic if Peter were to clash against him (like he has with the Xmen before) Colossus would have a very difficult time.

Now that's not saying Peter can't just rest on a wall or something.

Colossus basically has unlimited endurance as he does not need to breathe. Sure Spidey has a major agility and speed advantage so he can elude Colossus. But Colossus can do a thunderclap, or massive ground stomp resulting in a low-level earthquake if timed properly. Or Colossus can toss a car or something at him. Colossus has been shown to be accurate at tossin projectiles. He wacked Mikhail with a volleyball sized rock from a descent distance before.

Slight edge to Colossus.

Not buying the whole stalemate thing. If Piotr was Rhino, he'd swing at him like a clumsy lummox, but he's not.

Even without Phoenix or Cytorrak, Petey's way more than capable of beating Spidey into mush. Plus he's a pretty skilled fighter. Spidey's attacks do next to nothing.
