Khan Would smite Odin with ease. Since it's known that indeed new gods in true form can create universes of thier own design and even thier kids are powerful enough to hurt superman, Yugah was able to own all of them. No need to destroy galaxies in battles when everyone knows Orion has galaxy busting power and he's nothing compared to Khan. Keep up.

The closest I've seen to Orion having galaxy - busting power was when he teamed up with Dr. Fate, Highfather, Etrigan, and Darkseid and formed the "Cinque of Cosmic power" which destroyed a universe, if you assume they were all contributing equally, then he would have destroyed 1/5th of a universe.

But we know Orion is not that and not in league of Highfather, Darkseid or Yuga Khan.
