And I guess that's why I have people PMing me asking questions about characters in various series as if I am an authority, and have people consistently telling me I am among the best debaters on the site.
And Blax when he wants to, can actually support his claims, unlike you, who claims shit and tries to make us believe it using noncanon shit.
Proof was provided. Also like I've said why do you think marvel creates all these cartoons? So they can show how their characters aren't? Also those pics didn't do anything to put spider-mans speed at where it's being claimed by you.

Oh wait are we still talking Rock Lee vs. Spidey? I thought it was Sasuke vs. Spidey. If it's Rock Lee vs. Spidey then forget it because we've seen how fast he can move in animation and we have also seen how fast spidey can move in animation. I just find it odd that you right off animation that's made either with or by the company that creates said character. Even when they follow canon events. Also when klown said spider-man can move at speed of sound I lol'd hard.
You think they create cartoons to show case the characters power level? They don't care about any of that it's all about the money. All you are doing is ranting about how every one thinks spider-man moves at light speed, please find me one person who has said that.
When did comics not become about money? You seem to be under the impression that it's some noble deed done for free. If anything they would want to impress people just as much in a cartoon as they would in a comic if not more so. The cartoons of different marvel characters have usually(not always, just like in comics) been good at showcasing powers in motion. People like to only use the comics in vs. though because they can interpret how a character moves themselves. Apparently people on these forums know more than marvel writers about how a character would appear in motion though.
The multiple writers also leads to problems in the comic book world. Hence all the retcons of either power or key story lines. Sometimes writers will have the character do something that is not within their abilities.

Like I said with all the different writers some people can't get on the same page with capabilities. Enough of that though. Naruto characters have speed feats both in the show and manga. The problem is you guys seem like the type that needs someone to tell you how fast something is or else you can't interpret it for yourself. Well Kakashi has cut lighting and stated on panel in http://www.onemanga.com/Naruto/391/07/ how fast lightning is. So by klown logic kakashi is hundreds of times faster than the speed of sound. Also by interpretation that kakashi isn't the fastest ninja by far. Having other ninja being faster isn't a stretch. Heck on many occasions kakashi has been caught off guard because of the speed of his opponent. Even I wouldn't say Kakashi moves or fights hundreds of times the speed of sound, so I think we should really not be taking every feat so litteraly and base peoples abilities on common sense sometimes.
Spider-man has PRECOGNITION, gives him the ability to predict attacks and move accordingly. If he could move as fast as you want him to in your mind klown then he wouldn't even need precog and would never be tagged by some of the slow moving objects and people he has been in the past. Heck this is the same spider-man that couldn't keep up with a free running bank robber(aka. Parkour girl). I think of spider-mans precog as like if someone in Naruto had byakugan and sharingan(1 in each eye), just with the byakugan on a much larger scale(for spider-man that is). I hope they do that soon actually because Kishi has confirmed it to be possible.

Gaara controls the sand,but with the chakra and thanks for his demon,while Sandman controls the sand thanks for his transformation at his own will.
Also the feat speed is irrelevant when facing a powerful titan of nature. Gaara is good,but he isn't in the same class of Sandman. Also Spiderman is lucky when he fights powerful bad guys,his victories are not decided by his "might" but by his intelligence and cunning.
