By killing Thanos? Duh didn't you leave because you wanked Thanos too much? Better questions is how is Thanos with the Ig even a match for The Am at his peak.
Uhm but how do I know he can kill Thanos with the ig when he was never defeated with the ig and he defeated multiple heroes and abstracts all organized him to hunt him down.
I am just curious is all. Do you feel that the Am is above the Lt as well?
No I am saying the only thing in the marvel universe at the time that was imo going to beat the ig was the Lt. This was also never proven though because Warlock surrendered the gems.
Other than that the ig stomped everyone else in the hands of Thanos.

Thanos with the Infinity Gauntlet has complete and total mastery over Time, Space, Mind, Soul, Reality and Power. The AM cannot pull an LT and rule that they can't be used together. And I'm fairly certain the gems themselves are indestructable, or at least would survive an anti-matter attack. Even if they wouldn't, AM would have to catch Thanos by surprise before he could warp reality and dissapate the blast, or transport the blast back at AM, or do some weird shit with time itself...
The likelyhood of Thanos being caught off guard enough to have AM's antimatter attack land or have his gauntlet taken by AM is as likely as Quanchi voting for Darkseid to beat Thanos in a physical brawl.
Thanos is for all intensive purposes unbeatable with the Infinity Gauntlet. He wins.
