I hate bad writing. The hulk should never be able to lift a mountain or drag tectonic plates. Why? without some way to interally reinforce the rock, it would crumble in his hands from the stress he would put on it.

Lets say, for the sake of the argument, hulk was told Earth has stolen his woman. We all know dumb he is, so it wouldn't be too hard for someone like Doom to convince him of this. If he's at 250,000 tons, he's going to just start mauling the shit out of things. He will be sonic clapping with enough force to level cities, stomping with the power to cause serious structural damage to the world at large.
Storm on the other hand can cause large scale external damage, but I don't see her doing any earth-damage, like leveling mountains. The closest thing she could accomplish next to that would be flooding.
Like Khell said, two types of destruction. Hulk would probably cause enough stress to cause volcanos and the such to form and/or become active. This guy is gonna be pounding the shit out of things, and if he's got sufficient reason he'll just be going at it like a pair of pornstars.

Storm would level a city easy. So i think this fight could fair well for her for a while.
However she would tire using the vastly superior amounts needed to hurt Hulk.

Storm doesnt tire for the sake of this match, shes on Kick and is at full power for the entire week. Anyone who has read Uncanny recently will know that as this match is in terms of surface damage Storm wins
I'll take Storm on this. Hulk I think could eventualy do more damage, but Storm would get her destruction done more quickly with all the different weather phenomena at her disposal. Plus, she doesn't tire.
What about a Magneto vs Hulk under the same conditions?
Id say Storm, i dunno if w/o Rachel amplifying her powers she could create a hyperstorm but even w/o her shes still extremely powerful. Winds to create Tsunamis, Lightning to spark unstoppable infernos, and then to top it all off, a hyperstorm plummetting earth into its next ice age.

Powerful One is great - no matter who Storm is fighting or what the thread is about, s/he always say Storm wins - even when Storm isn't in the thread! Now that's loyalty!
