Batman could just invent some new gadgets for this special occasion anyway and use those against the team two. Gas pellets, liquid nitrogen capsules, electric batarangs, exploding batarangs, mini explosives, sonics, batarangs, flash bangs, etc. Batman and his team would win this fight 7/10 times.

Team 2 wins (unless Bats can come up with one heck of prep in 3 days).
Think of it this way: Team 2 has some of the best H2H fighters in Marvel, and one of the best H2H exponents in DC (Shiva).
Team 1 also has some extremely good martial artists, but it has a severe weakness in Huntress. She may be able to beat up 10 thugs, but she wouldn't be any good against any of the people in T2 (and some, like Shiva and Stick, could probably drop her in literally less than a second).
That immediately leaves Team 1 one person short.
Then you have Batman, Batgirl, Robin and Nightwing against Shiva, Stick, Wolverine, Cap, and DareDevil.
Now, Batgirl will have her hands full with Shiva. She will not be much help since she will be too embroiled trying to kill/not-be-killed by Shiva.
Batman will be too busy with, say, Captain America. Again this would require all his attention.
This leaves Robin and Nightwing facing off against Wolverine, DareDevil, and Stick.
They go down.
Now Batgirl is with Shiva, and Batman with Cap.
And slinking up all around is Wolvie, DD, and Stick.
Team one is finished.
The match was quite skewed, particularly since Huntress was nothing more than deadweight. She may be able to handle gangs of thugs, but she really cannot do anything against ANY member of Team 2. She may as well have not been there (since she would go down in less than a second if she comes into contact with someone like Stick or Shiva).
Team one loses .....unless Batman spends those 3 days working on a prep plan, and even then any physical engagement would lead to team 1 losing.
She may be able to do well. So would Batman.
But who would Robin face against in T2? Let's say he goes against DareDevil.
Then who will Nightwing face? Let's say he goes against Stick.
Then who will Huntress face?
Every person in T2 can defeat Huntress with ease, thus she goes down fast and T1 is sort one person. Meaning that either Captain America, Lady Shiva, Wolverine, Stick, or DareDevil will be free to double team one member of the other team.
Let's assume Huntress faced off against Wolverine and was impaled, and thus wolverine moves to help (say) Daredevil against Robin.
Robin goes down.
Then Wolverine and Daredevil help Stick against Nightwing.
While all this is happening Batman would be too busy with Captain America to help out, and Batgirl would be too busy with Shiva.
And now Wolverine, Daredevil and Stick are free to interfere with those fights.
Huntress is a HUGE liability to the first team. She cannot face off against DD (simply put he is too good for her ....DD needs at least Nightwing to mess with him),she cannot do anything against Wolverine, Stick would finish her in a second, Captain America is beyond her, and Lady Shiva would kill her so fast she probably wouldn't even notice it.
To make matters worse not only is she not able to defeat any of the people in T2, but she wouldn't even be able to challenge them long enough for Batman/girl, Nightwing or Robin to take care of the other cats.
