Mr Mxys just a universal level being. He looks so powerful in some of his DC appearances because he comes from a higher dimension and hes pitting himself against people from the main DC universe, which is a much lower dimension, so of course he's gonna whup them. However if he was to deal with a multiversal level entity a being who is beyond any single reality, who's power can encompass all realities of their respective creation then Mxy is nothing. The Phoenix Force would annihilate Mxy. Dont overrate him.
Saint of killers can be taken out with BFR or he can be imprisoned if he cant be killed. Preacher is just a human despite his power and with that comes all the inherent disadvantages. He has a major weakness in that his power is voice activated. He can be taken out way before a thought registers in his head.
No, it's been implied that the 5th dimensional imps are beyond the Presence's creation. They are multiversal. Hell, Mr. Xy could possibly exist in Marvel as well.
When Mr. Mxy and Bat-mite fought for fun, they destroyed the ENTIRE DC Multiverse. Do not underestimate the 5th dimensional imps.
Of course the Phoenix Force is multiversal, but it's avatars are not, and have limited access and control of it's powers. It's like saying Oion can beat this team, since he is directly connected to the Source.
