You're hopeless. Spawn doesn't have a chance. Spawn's not as powerful, he's not NEARLY as smart (Lucifer was beating the crap out of gods without ANY of his powers), he doesn't have ANYTHING on Lucifer. Lucifer would be more of a match for the Living Tribunal and not Spawn. You realize that the Spectre and Lucifer are equal in power, right? This thread is extremely rediculous. Not only would Lucifer beat EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM, but it's within Lucifer's powers to summon the Presence and then Spawn would be royally f*cked. Or Lucifer creates the universe and then destroys it so that Spawn doesn't exist, or he retconns hell so that none of the demons exist along with Spawn, etc.
Spawn has absolutely NO shot in hell (pun INTENDED). Just give up.
