If it's late 2003 TMNT, they probably make it to Hulk thanks to their magical abilities. If it's late 2003 Shredder, they stop at him no matter which version they are.

All you TMNT non-believers that says he "stops at 1" and so on, please have a look at these videos (In descending order) before saying so again (This will also give you a slight view of Shredder late 2003):

Hahahaha, those videos actually make me think less of the turtles.

Well, the first one anyway. I couldn't get all the way through it.

Of course the first one made you think less if you didnt even get half way trough it stick out tongue It's when they are training with the Ninja Tribunal. The whole deal is that the Ninja Tribunal is pushing them too hard in the beginning, without the Turtles even knowing why they are training.

Once they get confident and gets a motive to train, they improve rapidly and vastly.

It's not the training, it's the cheesy Disney-like music number.

No such ability has been seen in the show or comics, so the answer is no. What gave you that idea?

Also if you can't conceivably see how the TMNT beat everybody except hulk and Wolvie. Then your most likely just not a fan and have not seen them take on things of greater power. Which would make characters like Doc Oc and Green Goblin a joke. I just find it comical when people bring in non Marvel or DC characters to battles. All the comic fanboys come out in droves to say curbstomp without any basis.

I agree with this.
