There's really no such thing as "devolution", so I can't tell you if its possible to evolve against it or not.

Threads involving the Mask shouldn't exist.

there's really no such thing as superheroes either.. I think if you want to stay away from things that aren't real, you should be in another forum :P

^ My opinion that Mask shouldn't be allowed in versus threads has nothing to do with him being a fictional entity. It has to do with his extremely cartoonish abilities (even for comics) making him nigh-unbeatable.

I feel the same way with all the threads involving reed with prep. He is to overrated with prep. any prep and he wins against the other person without even discussing what he comes up with.

Yes there is.....animals that get trapped in caves have devolved in numerous ways. Usually they lose their eye site because they no longer need it.

The animals you speak of are still adapting to better suit their specific environment. That's not devolution.

Devolution would be if a modern human were mutated back into a primate. The cons outweigh the pros.

Impossible man rips the Mask's mask off and laughs at whoever was wearing it before killing them.

It's impossible to remove The Mask on a host.

I stated below the 1st comment as in implying to another character that could remove the mask.

Lobo (a dude who normally shits on the face of established comic book factoids) was unable to remove the Mask's, mask.

If he couldn't do it, no one can!
