During the issues I mentioned, RM seemed to manifest abilities like quantum speed, sub-zero ice creation, super strength, flight, TK, etc. all on the fly (ie. he didn't need to die/keep dying in order to manifest those powers as he had before.) He was actually quite a badass.

That's all I'ze talking about wink

Yeah, but you're still wrong.

Quantum Speed he manifested as Resurrection Man 1 Million 'on the fly'. The next time (first time, chronologically) he manifested it was after he had been trapped in a reality warp for days, being killed over and over. His body recognized the situation he was in, and was trying to give him a power great enough to free himself. Thats what he eventually got Quantum TK as well. That's also why, when under torture, Mitch gained a FEMALE's body, for better pain tolerance.

He had no ability to control his powers towards the end of his run. He wouldn't gain that ability for years.

He was powerful, and I gave a decent list of his abilities, but he was as likely to manifest the ability to make psychedelic butterflies as he was to gain Quantum Telekinesis, at least for a while (eventually, as we learned, his body would specifically give him powers to adapt to the way he died).

You're still misunderstanding. All I'm saying is in those particular issues he was able to manifest the aforementioned abilities on the fly. I am not talking about anything before/after those issues.

This is what I keep saying "that's the instance I was thinking of"
