No, Id say Harley is very strong after all she gave Croc the smack down, not outright but she won in a straight up physical confrontation....albeit she got pummeled to sleep, then woke up randomly shattering bowling pins over his skull, and then somehow pierced his skin with bowling pins.(he has bulletproof skin) it was the same fight before she went unconsious and after, just different issues like a 'to be continued' thing

umm........... OK, I really don't know where to start. That first scan that you posted was from Harley Quinn's solo book right? Once again, that book was almost 90% fan service(seriously, when harley quinn is soloing the likes of Cassandra Cain, Nightwing, and Tim Drake the writer clearly doesn't know anything about the characters). The second scans that you posted are impressive. Who wrote that book? I just have one question. If she's so good that Batman can't even beat her, why does she always crap her pants when Bruce gets angry?
Nope, that's why I said that the book was 90% fan service(the writer missed out on the opportunity to get that part down). Although, Harley and Ivy did have a sleep over with multiple other hot supervillainesses. Maybe something happened at that sleep over.
Even when the feats are complete and total crap? I wasn't trying to ask a rhetorical question. I was seriously wondering why if Harley is so far above Batman she totally craps her pants when he gets angry. I was completely curious as to what you thoughts the answer was.

Im sticking with Harley, she is a pretty decent H2h and is physically superior to natasha.
OK, seems reasonable. I myself have to side with Natasha. She is a super soldier, and although harley is her physical superior, I feel like the skill gap is enough to give Natasha the win.

bw has some exceptionally good showings, to go along with some lesser ones. even some of her avengers showings were really good. she's almost smart as sh!t and would likely put a psychological beat down on harley while she danced around her. add in her sting and bw def takes this almost every time imo.
This performance against Batman looks instantly more impressive than any fight of Black Widow's. You're talking about someone who can keep up with Elektra, possibly beat Punisher in a close battle and get embarrassed by Daredevil.
