I sincerely doubt that either of these characters is even going to interact with the other. The extent of Exitar's power that we've so far gotten to see is the twins' narrative hyperbole and a bunch of herald level heroes flying into the atmosphere to prevent his shoe from landing on Earth.

In all likelihood, the only person getting one-shotted in the next issue will be Exitar himself. sad
