The arguments for and against the two characters have been made up and down the thread, and people continue to come in asking how Darkseid could POSSIBLY lose. A man physically lesser than SC Henshaw has bested Darkseid quite a bit in his time...
The most reasonable argument I've heard from you is that Henshaw wouldn't know what to do with the Omegas. You just need to put another 2 in the equation and say that "Darkseid was able to stun him, he should be able to stun him again. And then close in for the lethal blast."
Well, I meant physical in a wide sense. Two guys trying to kill each other. The rest of us just feel like he can't kill Henshaw at a distance, and he couldn't get the full power beams off in time at lethal range.
He wasnt fully recovered but anyways henshaw will be fighting darkseid up close and personal. What would dyou lead you to believe the would be fighting a few hundred yards away from each other? Darkseid can keep up with him and hit him up close anyways.
The speed of Henshaw's punch is probably>The speed of Doomsday's Knee which is certainly> the quickness of Peyton Manning's release/Darkseid's ability to get the omega beams off at a power that would be of concern to Henshaw.
If Darkseid were not fully recovered, why would he give Superman the mother box back? CIS?
It was stated in the comic. At full blast it erased him. Ds released him and made him promise to be agood cyborg which up until this point he has been. Doomsday is physically much more than Henshaw so its irrelevant.
Ds emits the beams and they erase henshaw as I see it but again feel free to see it differently.
Huh, I like Darkseid a lot and I do enjoy Henshaw. Darkseid has excellent hand to hand combat skills when he does want to use them. Did you see his batle with Orion when they were fighting matrix style? Darkseid will be right up on Henshaw here and so say otherwise is weird. Henshaw with the rings would beat him senseless though provided he avoided the omega beams at full power(which I told you I dont think he can).
