Yes....but Again,If Bill goes to that dimension,Jonn just turns soild,then Bill has to come back,then Jonn phases,then Bill goes again....Jonn turns soild...Jonn just occupies Bill until Marvel mops up WW,then he turns invisible and lets Marvel take care of Bill at which point he springs in.

Light speed isn't going to overwhelm any character in this fight.

Dimension hoping isn't an obstacle for Bill.

No,Hammers have things they cannot do,unlike a GL ring,it's knowledge that hammer users need.

Plus,Thor instinctively knew what to do with the hammer,and he remembered Odin,so he wasn't as clueless as you think.

Bill can't track enemies,it's been shown.Also do you think that he can find the dimension Jonn is in?Because if so he still can't hit him.

It will for Bill,who lacks a speed feat close to that.

Yes it is as it's just gonna be a waste of his time.
