Surfer >> everybody else. He's The Plutonian, basically.
As for most powerful, well obviously that's Hulk, but that power would be pretty lacking in finesse and versatility. He could blow-up the solar system without straining himself, but he wouldn't be able to kill selectively on a planet-wide scale or alter the mentality of the whole population of planet Earth.
lmao

Do you want PR to list them in chronological or alphabetical order?

I don't know why some of you are going on about being right and winning. Rob and Impediment were in on this gag because I PMed them. Silent and Rao PMed me and figured I changed the post. I highly doubt anybody thought Quan made the post, but simply played along just for the lulz.

Think of it this way....he came from destroying Cities while causing earthqukes by getting super angry to casuing them with mere footsteps and after that it became a average thing for him...advancing to solar system is quite possible because if you ask me personally even if hulks power actually have a limit it be very high...

My picks are Surfer, Superman, and Thor
Surfer - His versatility really lends itself to causing massive amounts of damage to lower level civilizations quickly and efficiently with a mere thought.
Superman - His combination of speed, strength, power, and access to advanced technology makes him dangerous.
Thor - Like Surfer but slightly less versatile but packing crazy and devastating power output along with magic which often serves as a trump card.
Reed Richards would also be dangerous if given time.
