there are a lot more surviving jedi besides Yoda and Ben. there's Vima Da Boda, descendant of Nomi Sunrider (at least i think she was) and then there's a lot more that go into hiding. Corran Horn's father was a Jedi-in-training when his father was killed. Some more Jedi that i cant name off the top of my head. Vader and Palpatine were pretty thorough though...

There are some other survivors around the time of ep4. Qu Rahn. The Dark Woman. and some others I don't care to think of right now.
