Storms attacks is thought + action....meaning she thinks and action follows with telepathy it's think and action occurs simultaneously.

When telepaths aren't jobbing....they go all out..meaning they don't hold make for comic purposes..and Storm has only shown resistance to probing and mind control....a psi-force bolt has taken her out on panel...therefore she goes down here.
