Given that three million clone troopers and like a few hundred Jedi were able to fight those quintillion droids just fine I'm thinking Marvel stomps.

Just Marvel heralds against quintillions of droids? It's hard for me to imagine them winning in a direct battle, tbh. I can't stress how unbelievably immense "quintillions" actually is.
The better play would be to take the primary CIS leadership out of the equation -- so remove guys like Dooku, Grievous, Asajj, Vos, the Separatist Council, Admiral Trench, Super Tactical Droids, etc. etc. from play. Without them around to give all the other droids their primary orders/strategies, the army as a whole would likely begin to crumble. You might even be able to mindf*ck a few of them into sending out a signal/directive that decommissions the army in its entirety(though I believe those orders would have to come from Sidious himself, and I'm not sure if he'd be included here..?) Either way, the primary CIS figureheads need to be removed in order for Marvel to have a realistic chance against those type of numbers, imo.
How would they even locate them though? Finding like a dozen people among that many droids wouldn't be easy. Espeically when they could be hiding anywhere in the galaxy.

Yup. How, in the Star Wars universe, would anyone be capable of creating a quintillion ANYTHING sans high level reality warping? Imagine all the material and energy it would take.
But back on the topic, a high herald (Black Bolt) amping a T-bomb ripped a hole in space/time many PARSECS across. 1 Parsec = 3.26 light years. That would wipe out the majority if not all the droid army. RIP.
I actually think Marvel heralds have plenty of options here
They win

Wouldn't be that hard either.
Any decent telepath could locate(and control) the organic leadership. Any decent technopath could locate(and control) the droid leadership.

Or just kill them, with teleporters like Manifold/Magik/Kestrel etc. Match starts, and the Separatists' leaders all get targeted, then get a piece of metal teleported into their brains from a galaxy away.

Although keeping them alive(yet under your influence) would probably be the best way to go, tbh. Because now that I think about it, I'm pretty sure that if you *just* took control of Dooku, Grievous, and the Separatist Council, you could probably just have them order the entire damn army to throw itself into a sun or something.
Don't know why that never occurred to me before, but yeah...
