I think Punisher would be in for the fight of his life, but in the end, he'd probs take it .Dont forget Ahnold took him primitive weapons,covered in mud. I think in the urban jungle, with all his tactics and heavy weapons, predator is gonna get a few shot in , frank is gonna be a mess,but in the end , A full belt of m-60 hollow points are gonna tear predator a new one.
