Man.

Trying to make a coherent guideline using this forum's posting protocol is annoying.

Well, to discover a particular post's post I.D. number, I can simply "quote" the post, or at least act like I'm going to, then highlight the URL of that page.
Copy that URL, if necessary; if I don't simply want to scroll through the URL.

"Castling is for Sissies!" series ...

Knew almost nothing about Game of Thrones until this week.
Suppose I still don't, really ...
Thought until this week, for instance, that the Mountain was a hero, or at least an anti-hero. Instead, I find him to be one of the series major and cruelest villains. His brother, at least by Season 4 or so, a man called "The Hound", fills the role of hero/anti-hero instead. Going from King's Guard to captor of a young woman, holding her to ransom to her aunt, but becoming, gradually, unwittingly, inevitably, father and protector to her.
Until the G.O.T. series does what it does to most of its protagonists ...

Then the girl is alone, minding the lessons Hound taught her to stay alive, following his advice to ally with others, find safety in a group ...

Must say I loved this Fox and the Hound tale, but the point afterward, which I thought would be utter boredom and drudgery, unexpectedly proved anything but ...

Cool article about Unalaska from roughly 15 years ago.
Seemed very timely for us who live in Michigan with the record-breaking snap of the previous week, though ...

George Foreman on Twitter.
Apparently more similar to me than I realized.
Grilled Salmon has been probably my top favorite food for decades.
Unfortunately, in this era of fish farming, it is not necessarily as safe as it once was, and perhaps now even a detriment to health:

Foreman is probably my 3rd favorite boxer of all time, and first now among those living. What a remarkable story this man has!
And, of course, if you know of his history, he is an incredible inspiration for anyone thinking life must decline after 30. Think I might even have one of his grills somewhere ...

The other entry I should make clear I generally do NOT agree with.
"Yolo", standing for "You Only Live Once", with its focus on going with whatever you're feeling, is, without firm and wise moral guidance, terrible and dangerous advice. It is about as far away from Biblical or even 7 Habits principles as you can get. Ironically appropriate that the WW team essentially has the devil rejoicing on hearing the young lady saying this in the scans above.
I'm pretty sure that's not entirely accidental.
