And why would she need to??

Consistency. One time feats mean nothing. Thats why nobody seriously brings up Magneto making a wormhole or Hulk destroying a dimension or Plasticman become immune to TP during TrialByFire.

Can Storm dish out enough damage to even rival the Omega Effect?

Serious question?

Serious question?
Rhetorical, as in I already know the answer.

Lol, DD survived the Omega Effect, OE>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Storm.

And that was in the DC universe, too, where it is one of the most powerful attacks conceived.

From Marvel.com: Storm is a mutant who possesses the psionic ability to manipulate weather patterns over limited areas.

From Marvel.com: She once diverted the jet stream so as to create storms over the entire East Coast of the United States. It once took her several hours to stop a savage blizzard sweeping over much of Canada, and she nearly died from exhaustion in the process.

LIMITED AREAS. Stars are not a close as they appear in the night sky... They're further apart than one end of Canada to the other, or the ends of the U.S. East Coast.

From Marvel.com: Storm can only manipulate weather patterns as they exist in nature.

DOOMSDAY, ftw.

While, that is some quality pwnage.

Yea, that would be true if she wasn't always shown in one way or another to be able to manipulate things on a cosmic scale.

If she could manipulate the Solar wind(a small portions of a Star) just by guessing and feeling things out, then a mind/Spirit such as Storm's(in continuity) could infact summon the power of the Core.

Then we have Eternity.

It's no clear perameter, really.

Also take into account the psionic/spiritual nature of her powers....

As her "daddy" Claremont said, she had no "conception" of her limitations.

In addtion to that, she was gaining spiritual and material susentance from each and every celestial body before she even began to harness it.

Then we have another writer, Greg Pak in Endsong where she states she can feel the gravitational pull of the moon on the tides.

Quite consistent with her persona of strong/mind/will/spirit etc. taking into account the psionic/spiritual nature of her persona/powers

It's very consistent, actually.

Why did I jsut take the time to write all this??

I'm slipping 😂

That would be good if all her Marvel handbook bios didn't state she could mess with the Stars.

Sorry.

Storm FTW.

Don't use plot induced stupidity from writers who don't know the first thing about physics as arguments.

I vote Storm.

ANY version would crush storm, even the versions that were before the Death of Superman.

Let's see....7 foot tall rock who beats on people who can move planets and can go faster than light, or a normal person with some weather powers...I'm gonna go with the big rock.

Aside from bfr, Doomsday for the win.

At some point during their battle Doomsday will be so relentless that Storm's claustrophobia will take over her....she has little to no chance.

Not writers....THEE writer.

And it's the Marvel handbook entry, Galactic core included.

Oh, and Creshock, go pick up Uncanny 99 and tell me what you see. 😂
