Off-line testing on this has begun (and one lucky person from this thread other than myself got to be involved).

We are still a long way off from acutal plot play, but once the character creation process is finalised (soonish, based on testing feedback) I will transfer it online for creation to begin.

Dallas is not a big believer in the Prophecy, he just thinks Neo is super-powered. Maybe more by luck than judgment, he mighty be closer to the truth than Morpheus is in that respect. It's not a heroic attitude though- Dallas's strangths lay in other areas.
