wow. 9 pages. wow. (and i just added to it again).
i find it funny how people immediately concur that WW is a better h2h fighter than thor or hercules just coz she does fancier kicks and flips.
thor and herc wrestle and box, 2 of the oldest and most effective MA (and i think thor sometimes kick knee caps too). point is, they are no less effective in h2h.
take captain america vs. daredevil for example. DD goes at cap with flying kicks, sommeraults and all his sweet ninjutsu moves; and all cap does is dodge, punch, dodge, punch. Capt. A then walks away with DD bloody and beaten and almost unconscious.
there's no way WW can win even a single match with both thor and herc.
Well since Wonder Woman is the master of every form of combat you mentioned she's still far more skilled than either. Indeed she loses against both these power houses, but in hand to hand, she beats either one soundly.
Do you not get that Hercules, alone, is no match for Diana, in hand to hand combat? It is *classic* to her descriptor: she has defeated Hercules on countless occasions, matching his physical power and always being portrayed as the more skilled fighter; the only times she has lost to him were when he was aided by other gods (as in this scenario), or by guile (not guile in combat, but circumstantial deception of the story). Against Thor, the bias of fanbois is quite clear...
And, of course, against both she should lose most battles.
But saying she would FTL against either of them, individually, just shows how not up on your comics you are (and by "up", I mean have not read an issue of Wonder Woman over the past 7 decades).

Uh, okay... I haven't started any WW threads here -- there seems to be a number of threads with WW in their topic (more than I think makes sense, but I don't judge what other people choose for topics), and I am just responding to what I perceive as a *definite* fanboi bias against her (which I don't fully understand, because most of the presented evidence -- by other people, mind you -- seems to at least make her a significant player amongst the "big boys").
And whether it's Marvel or DC (and, btw, Hercules in comics existed in DC long before he did in Marvel, and is usually portrayed as being stronger than his Marvel counterpart, especially in his "deified" form), is irrelevant to this -- Diana has defeated him in crossovers as well.
And BTW: I really wish these WW threads would just go away, and this is the only one I am still keeping up on, really, as it's spite/bias is so obvious that it requires a splash of common sense to be thrown on it.
