Jedi Council
Luke Skywalker- when he remade the Jedi Order, he fixed a lot of the flaws of the Old Jedi Order, such as lack of emotion, hierarchy obsession, arrogance, hypocrisy, and Council retardation. Luke Skywalker was thus, in my eyes, the greatest Grand Master in the history of the Jedi, and is a shoe-in for this council.
Obi-wan Kenobi- he was wise, clever, smart, and most importantly he possessed a good moral philosophy, lacking the arrogance and superiority complex of the rest of the council, along with being friendly and kind.
Mace Windu- he knew when things needed to be done, even if he got shut down by Yoda some of the time. And through Vaapad, he has ongoing experience with the Dark Side without actually falling to it.
Qui-gon Jinn- guy was an expert on the Living Force, and chose to do what was right rather than following the rules. He also cared more about the common people in danger.
Satele Shan- she was an excellent Grand Master who was kind, wise, fair minded, tried to avoid war with the Sith if possible, was willing to team up with the Sith to stop the hexes, and she had legendary foresight.
Jaric Kaedan- he was very pracitcal and a skilled warrior. He also evidently had an indomitable will since he spearheaded the group that captured the Dread Masters the first time. He was also smart enough to recognize that trying to convert the Dark Lord was a stupid ****ing idea.
Plo Koon- he was a very wise and fair-minded Jedi with a good sense of justice, as well as being calm and subtle, not lookin for violence, but willing to fight if necessary.
Nomi Sunrider- she was a good Grand Master, with a great understanding of the force, boasting many rare and powerful light-side abilities. Because of he temporary aversion to lightsabers, she had more respect for them and knew not to abuse them and jump into violence except when necessary.
Lord Hoth- led and inspired the Jedi Army of the Light, was a brilliant tactician, and was selfless enough to sacrifice himself to the thought bomb to save the rest of the Jedi.
Vodo-siosk Baas- he was a wise Jedi with plenty of experience, but despite his age was also very skilled as a warrior. He also recognized Kun's inner darkness.
Kyle Katarn- one of the most wise and skilled Jedi Masters in Luke's Order. He fought several servants of the dark, he has experience with darkness, and as a member of Luke's order he was trained with those philosophies.
Gnost Dural- a famed Jedi Historian, Gnost was wise, practical, and very skilled with a lightsaber blade. He was also fair minded and kind, as well as having a strong will.
