Best Star Wars Baddies

Top 5, top 10. Canon or Legends or mix. Rank 'em and provide a small reason why.

Correct. Palpatine is numero Quattro. He was previously three but I can't stomach his cowardice. Snoke seduced Ben into killing Star Wars legend Han Solo. Palpatine was killed by a one handed cyborg in a massive failure he didn't see coming.

Canon:

1. Darth Vader - the OG Dark Lord and a complete badass
2. Palpatine - watching him masterfully manipulating those around him is really fun, and I love how much he enjoys being evil
3. Asajj Ventress - I really liked her character arc throughout TCW (bar Dark Disciple) and she's incredibly entertaining on screen
4. Count Dooku - I think his charming attitude is amusing and I like his elegance
5. Darth Maul - he's pretty badass in TPM and his conniving schemes were fun to watch unfold in TCW

Vader and Palpatine have become cultural icons. No one outside the nerdbase even know who the rest of these people are. It's a no brainer.

Eh... Maul's pretty popular as well. Heck, I'd say he is more iconic than Palpatine.

Maul is certainly more popular, for some reason, but he isn't nearly as iconic if you ask me. He's become the stock assassin, but those existed long before him. By the time Filoni is done, Maul won't be anything but a joke, regardless.

Well luckily the majority of audiences haven't seen Filoni's Maul.

His image with the double bladed Saber is certainly an iconic SW moment.

This, but I would have Maul and (potentially) Kylo Ren above Dooku, I find their characters more three dimensional.

Vader, Sheev and Ventress are da best though.

Yeah Maul might be more facially recognizable, but Palpatine's influence on popular culture is far deeper.

So popularity determines your own preferences. Lemming comfirmed.

Ps. Do you ever think for yourself ? Are you even capable ?
