Ok bro but its like if most of those topics are science Cap wont do that well. If its philosophy and politics he would do better than some others. You really need to specify again the number of topics and what they are otherwise its pure speculation who wins....yeah I know theres speculation in everything but this is pure speculation.
I think part of the point was the "infinite loop error". It sort of loses some of the impact and part of the point when you trim something that wasn't supposed to be trimmed.
We (that being ourselves) cannot make a decision until it's revealed what the two teams particular subjects of debate our. Hopefully something concrete.
So in otherwords this is supposed to go off of who's more persuasive intelligent rather than who's more knowledgable intelligent?
As far as that goes I know that Beast and Xavier have a bit of experience in debate what with their involvement in their governemetn on the whole mutant agenda.
You can have a wide range of knowledge on various subjects... but still not be a very persuasive debator.
At the risk of sounding arrogant I can use myself as an example. I know about many things on many different topics. I don't consider myself to be a very good debator though.
Basically, Brainy should = win here. It would depend on how it is judged, though. If we're only counting the strength of the argument, Brainy > any of them I would think. But if the speech itself (delivery, charisma, etc.) are taken into account, then we'd have the boyscouts seeing who can come up with the most inspiring speech. My money would be on Cap.
this wasn't meant to be about who's more knowledgeable, but more about who's more persuasive
I chose people who are excellent speakers in different ways: batman is concise but hits the point, xavier is very philosophical like Martin Luther King, Doom is very arrogant but persuasive, Captain America is not verbose but when he speaks people listen, etc etc
