The point isn't to say that DD is fast because he reacted to Flash, it's that Flash doesn't loose his superspeed because DD reacted to him. In the same way that DD doesn't loose superspeed just because characters of lesser speed were able to attack him.

I trust we can debate without the baseless conjecture. If you have feats to counter scans, great. If not then please don't dismiss feats and scans without proof.

Oh, and Hulk has good combat speed feats too.
