Artisan Pictures have bought the spec script for
Lakeview Terrace, says Hollywood Reporter. Written by David Loughery, the project will be produced by Will Smith, James Lassiter and Teddy Zee.
The movie is said to be a thriller about a young interracial couple who move into their dream home and are increasingly harassed by their next-door neighbor, a tightly wound black LAPD officer. When the couple decides to fight back, the feud turns deadly.
