Theroux Has 'Nowhere To Go But Up' In Paris

Nowhere to Go But Up
Justin Theroux ("Mulholland Drive") is in final negotiations to snag the male lead role opposite "Amelie" standout Audrey Tautou in the romantic comedy "Nowhere to Go But Up," reports The Hollywood Reporter.

At the same time, Theroux has just closed a deal to star in the sequel to "Charlie's Angels" for Columbia Pictures.

In "Nowhere," Theroux will play a young American screenwriter whose first screenplay brought him fame and a slew of awards. However, he's been unable to follow up on that success because of a bad case of writer's block. Tautou stars as a French actress who arrives in Manhattan seeking fame and winds up meeting Theroux's character.

The project is set to start shooting in August in New York for six weeks, with Amos Kollek at the helm.
